FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking our workshop you are agreeing to adhere to our terms and conditions set out on this page. Workshops and courses can be booked via our website.
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Payment can be made via card payment, Afterpay, Apple pay or Paypal.
Due to the nature and the availability of places on our workshops, full fees are non-refundable once taken. However, if you find yourself unable to attend your flower workshop we will do our best to accommodate you please read the following---
14 Days or more cancellation-
If you change your mind about your flower workshop or course we are happy to offer you a store credit minus a $25 booking fee per person on booking or you can exchange the session/s only if we are notified up to 14 days before the actual workshop/course date.
Cancellation within 48 hours -
If the cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the workshop/course date we are unable to offer a refund OR an exchange.
‘Our’ Cancellation of Workshop due to COVID-19
In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel a workshop- most likely to occur due to COVID-19 restrictions
If this does occur, we will give you as much prior notice as possible. Unfortunately due to purchases made for materials and venue booking fees we are unable to refund your ticket costs. We will however give you a store credit for the whole amount which you can use for purchase for premade items or a custom order. or we can transfer your ticket to the next available workshop date- whichever you prefer.
Also, please note that all courses are subject to student numbers and will only run if sufficient numbers are achieved. Kingbilly reserves the right to cancel a workshop or course if insufficient student numbers are recruited.

COVID-19 AND HEALTH & SAFETY
Upon arrival at the workshop you will be subject to a short COVID-19 screening.
At the beginning of the session you will be given a short Health and Safety Awareness talk as well as Covid-19 Safety requirements and practices.
Your health and safety is important to us. Whilst conducting our workshops we will be adhereing to all government health and safety guidelines, restrictions and practicing social distancing.
Please Note that Kingbilly reserves the right to turn you away if you are showing any cold or flu like symptoms.
Materials within the photos displayed are for advertisement purposes and a guide. Materials may differ slightly to those shown due to seasonal availability.
During the workshops we like to take photographs of participant work. We will not take photos of the participant unless they are happy for us to do so. Sometimes the images will be used in out teaching portfolio or posted on social media to advertise our classes. Should a participant prefer their work not be published in this way please inform staff.
KINGBILLY Intellectual property & Design rights
When attending our workshop you will be shown some specifics of Kingbilly floral designs. Kingbilly reserves the rights to these designs. By attending our workshop you agree to not share, use, copy, recreate or sell our designs to anyone for any purpose. Any skills gained are to be used for personal use only and not carried into your own or someone else business structure or Floral design for the purposes of profiting. With Kingbilly you can rest assured that none of your details will be shared with any other companies for marketing purposes, without your consent. We take your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information we collect about you lawfully and to provide you with the best possible service.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 the data controller is solely Kingbilly whose contact details are set out at the end of this document.
Kingbilly is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to keep you up to date with our activities such as workshops.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (except to confirm orders).
The type of information we will collect about you:
If you contact us with an enquiry we will collect personal information -such as your name, contact details, phone number, e-mail address and address and only use them to respond to your enquiry. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your specific consent and the information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
